At edirt-bike.com, We offer free shipping for electric bikes & accessories (Excluding remote areas). They generally will be shipped within 1-2 business days and will be delivered within a time frame of 3-7 business days depending on where you live.

Late Shipment or Pre-order

Package Tracking

Duties and Taxes
Electric bikes that are purchased from edirtbike store are subjected to customs import duties or widely known as Value Added Tax (VAT), excise duties. This is a standard practice in Europe and they are collected by your local government customs authorities.
European Union
The electric dirt bike shipped from EU warehouses. We prepay the customs duties for Europe shipments so you do not need to pay an extra sum.
United States
We offer customs clearance duty-free service for online ebike orders, including shipping, customs fees, and import fees. However, certain countries (GB, NO, CH, Canada) may require customs and consumer tax on accessories/parts orders.
